RU Андромеды

RU Андромеды (лат. RU Andromedae) — одиночная переменная звезда[1][2][3][4] в созвездии Андромеды на расстоянии (вычисленном из значения параллакса) приблизительно 5416 световых лет (около 1661 парсека) от Солнца. Видимая звёздная величина звезды — от +14,5m до +9,9m[5].

Характеристики

RU Андромеды — красный гигант, пульсирующая полуправильная переменная звезда типа SRA (SRA)[6][7][8] спектрального класса M5e-M6e[5][9][10], или M5e[11], или M6e[12][13][14], или Me[15]. Радиус — около 87,17 солнечных, светимость — около 888,703 солнечных. Эффективная температура — около 3376 K[16].
