Awarded to officers and other ranks of bodies of Internal Affairs and servicemen of internal troops who have served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for 10 years or more, for efficient work organization and high performance indicators while serving in internal affairs agencies, formations and units of internal troops, for exemplary performance in service in carrying out military duties and for displaying initiative, courage and dedication. |
