| Описание | The growth of the White-tailed Eagle Haliaeetus albicilla breeding population has been observed in the region of the Black Sea Biosphere Reserve in the last decade. This caused the nesting of this species in atypical habitats. In 2016 this pair of White-tailed Eagle built the nest on the small Elaeagnus angustifolia among the peninsula Yagorlytsky Kut — the treeless steppe division of the Black Sea Biosphere Reserve. In 2017 nesting of the pair was successful and in June this chick flew out of the nest. |
