| Описание | Established on December 6, 2010 by ministerial order 620. Awarded to personnel of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of Russia for work of the highest quality, efficient and flawless execution of their professional duties, for significant contributions to the development and improvement of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of Russia, with seniority of work (service) in the Ministry (including the departments, services, agencies, institutions and organizations referred to in Emergency management of Russia) of at least 10 years; to other citizens of the Russian Federation for outstanding achievements in manufacturing, research, social, cultural and other fields, the introduction of which into the activities of Russian Emergencies Ministry has allowed to significantly improve the protection of the population in the area of civil protection, prevention and emergency management, fire safety and water security. |
