| Описание | 1 -- classic bowline, 2 -- cowboy (or Dutch) bowline; both ones have the working end going around the standing end, but in the 1st knot the working end goes counterclockwise inside the loop, and in the 2nd knot -- clockwise, outside the loop.
3 -- Eskimo bowline, 4 -- Cossack knot; both have the working end going around the outgoing eye-leg, with the working end going counterclockwise inside the loop in 3rd, and clockwise, outside the loop in 4th. Note that in the cases 1 and 2 the working end goes into the eye from below, and in the cases 3 and 4 -- from above. |
